Presented by Jeff Miller, Professor of Communication & Media at Utica University

Professor Miller will present evidence of the history and legacy of redlining in Utica, and the use of racially restrictive covenants in property deeds to prevent people of color from living in parts of New Hartford, Deerfield, and Rome.
