Join us at The Other Side for a Sunday morning yoga class designed to build community and help you ease into your day.
We’ll move our bodies, connect with our breath, enjoy moments of stillness, and make space to simply be. Expect a blend of strengthening and restorative movements, with plenty of options to meet your body exactly where it is that day (yes, you can choose to hang out in a resting pose the whole time – there’s no judgement here :).
Whether you’ve been practicing for years, are stepping onto your mat for the first time, or somewhere in between, you’re welcome here.
Donations are welcome and help support the continuation of our community events. Donations are shared between the teacher and the venue and can be made by cash or Venmo at the event.
Teacher’s Bio (I include this in case you or Kim – who is cc’d in this – wants to include it on website or mailing list)
Kelly was introduced to yoga through a fitness program in her late teens. From the beginning, the practice offered her an opportunity to be present in a way she had never experienced before, and she quickly discovered the positive impact yoga had on her mental health. She practiced on and off for several years, always finding her way back to the mat. Over time, her love of yoga grew beyond the physical practice of asana (poses) to include breathwork, meditation, and philosophy. She came to appreciate yoga as a vast and adaptable practice that can support us in different ways through every season of life. Her practice looks entirely different in her 30’s than it did when she began over a decade ago and she honors each phase of her practice. Kelly earned her 200-hour certification and began teaching in 2019 and quickly fell in love with creating yoga experiences that feel accessible, approachable, and meaningful. In 2025, she completed an additional 300-hour certification, and has taken part in several additional continued education opportunities. Her teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga can support whole-person well-being and meet each person exactly where they are. Your practice can and should evolve as you do.
