Outcast\noffered authentic\, English-language theater across Europe until 2004. In 2009 Outcast\npresented its first U.S. production in Central New York\, and since then has brought dozens of\nplays and musicals to local stages. In 2015\, the group performed at Sweet Grassmarket in\nEdinburgh\, Scotland as part of the Fringe Festival\, and in 2017 performed at Paradise at\nAugustine’s in Edinburgh\, as well as the Restaurant-Theater Friedenau in Stuttgart\, Germany.

DESCRIPTION:Wild Cherry bark is a traditional cough suppressant. This is why cherry\nflavor is still associated with cough medicines. It is the green inner\nbark of young branches that is used. This is a different tree than the\ndomestic cherry that produces the fruits sold in the grocery store. \nThere will be a demonstration of how to make Wild Cherry cough syrup\nstarting with young wild cherry branches. It is interesting to discover\nthat the scent of the bark strongly resembles almond extract which\nhappens to also be the distinct flavoring of maraschino cherries. \nUltimately we will combine the bark extract with honey and brandy. This\nmakes for one delicious cough remedy. \n$5 suggested donation.
